How can I book a service?
Booking is simple and can be done through our website. Just go to the Booking section, select your service, and follow the prompts to complete your reservation. If no deposit is received you have not succcesfully booked .
Why do I have to pay a deposit?
Deposits are required. If not paid your booking is not secured. Because we block off our calendar to fulfill your move we ask for a bit of security. Your deposit is applied as credit to the full total amount.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Because we block off our calendar to fulfill your move we ask for 72 cancellation notice. If not cancelled within this time frame your deposit is non-refundable.
